Top 10 Free Agents That Will Fit In To Help The Mavericks For 2009
After looking at this years list of Free Agents, here's my list that Mark Cuban should consider, or should I say Donnie Nelson should consider. Breaking his self from his penchant for drafting, and giving contracts to Eastern European players that don't make the team and have to go American anyway.
- Trevor Ariza: Plays good defense and a good scorer when needed.
- Carlos Boozer: Official enforcer, big timer scorer, and good defender.
- Al Harrington: Decent defender, excellent scorer, and runs the floor well with a play maker like Jason Kidd
- Desmond Mason: Excellent sixth man potential, terrific scorer, and nice go to guy.
- Ben Gordon: Excellent first option scorer, good defense, good game general.
- Chris Wilcox: Legitimate center, O K defense, and a enforcer.
- Juan Carlos Navarro: Deadly three point shooter, good defense, runs the floor well.
- Brian Skinner: Enforcer, scorer, and defender all done well.
- Mike Bibby: Leadership, leadership, leadership.
- Eddie House: Scoring, scoring, scoring.
I know the Mavs wont get them all, but just a good group in general to consider. Because we need to do something to get better. Donnie Nelson is very suspect to me right now with the moves he's making. You may disagree but I like Grant Hill as GM in waiting while Donnie gets his chance to show he's serious about winning.
