The end of Tracy McGrady

McGrady has never been a hard worker by NBA or any other athletic standards. You can watch his game and see how effortless and easily everything comes to him. Much like his cousin Vince Carter who once admitted to never really working hard on his game, T-Mac has enjoyed a successful career simply by going out there and hooping it up.
