KU beats favored Tennessee by 7

My Kansas Jayhawks (defending national champs) beat the favored Volunteer's of Tennessee by 7 and never trailed leading by as much as 16. The Jayhawks aren't quite the same Jayhawks that won last years championship with the starting 5 all gone, 4 of which are now in the nba. The Jayhawks still haven't made their way back into the top 25 after defeats by Syracuse, UMASS and Arizona. KU has improved to 10-3 as Tennessee falls to 9-3. Tennessee fell from 14th in the coach's poll to 25th. KU is a young team and seems to have really grown up Saturday against Tennessee. Now I just hope that we can continue that kind of playing the rest of the year as they face Siena Tuesday night and then open Big 12 conference play at home against K-State. GO KU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
