Dear Mr. Laurie,

I hope the Giants Super Bowl win demonstrates you need a change. You need players who can make big time plays, players who are not on the field projects, and a Front Office that does more than just manage the salary cap well. Mr Banner, Reid, and Heckert need to know that complacency has no place in this league. Where has this group taken the organization...one Super Bowl loss and some NFC championship games. I'm sure that drives sales of apparel and such, but when we as fans financially support this organization, we are looking for more from everyone. Your Eagles are one of the top brands in the league, thats because We Believe, but we believe a kick in the butt needs to occur somewhere. The Eagles organization is a prime example of Nepotism at its best. Is your coaching staff good, yes, could it be better, yes. The last major move by the Eagles was to move Marty into the O-C job, that is after Brads departure. Coaches have been sitting on there laurels for too long. Do I want a complete overhaul.....no, a little yelling would be nice. Let us know that you do care more than some PR stint to keep the sales going. Mr Kraft, Jones, and Snyder demonstrate (albiet in sometimes destructive ways) that they are after the pursuit of excellence up and down there organization. As we look toward an exciting 2008 season, Let it be known, Make it happen and make the big moves, trim the fat and get players that really matter. We are waiting for an active and productive off season. Sitting on the sidelines this year will not be acceptable to any fan of this organization. It will become painfully obvious to us that you are O.K. with a mediocre team that can't get over the hump. Kick'em in the ass!
