Asante Samuel Targeted by Philadelphia Eagles

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports Asante Samuel Will be targeted by the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Jets when he becomes a free agent at the end of this month. Samuel has stated that although he'd like to stay in New England, he will be listening to offers and won't be offering any home team discount. Probably due to the fact he was looking for a long term contract with a large signing bonus (Similar to the one Nate Clements received) last year but did not get due to the Franchise tag he recieved instead. I am curious as to how both Sheldon Brown AND Lito sheperd fit into this, but I am not gonna argue with adding playmakers to the Philadelphia secondary. Sheldon Brown possibly moving to safety?
