The University of Oklahoma men's golf squad placed 12th at the rain-shortened Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate at the Old Overton Club in Vestavia Hills, Ala., on Tuesday. The Sooners posted an 18-hole team score of 292 (+12) at the par-70, 7,204-yard layout. The field was scheduled to play 36 holes yesterday, but the two rounds were cancelled due to inclement weather.
