PLAYERS:
Brandt Snedeker
Brant Snedeker is now tied for the lead at the Open Championship, Snedeker started his second round with a birdie on number one and followed it up with a birdie on number six. Snedeker hasn’t played golf in a while due to a rib injury he suffered swinging his club. The man who has missed several weeks is playing some great golf at the Open Championship. Snedeker is at 6 under par through 6 holes. There is a lot of golf to be played and the leaders from yesterday haven’t teed off as of yet.
Phil Mickelson is moving too today at the Open Championship, the problem is Phil is moving in the wrong direction. Mickelson is already 3 over par through his first nine holes today. Phil made a bogie at hole number three and took a double bogie on number 6. If Phil Mickelson can’t turn this around on his second nine today he could be in trouble and miss the cut. Mickelson is struggling at the Open Championship.
