PLAYERS: Rory McIlroy

Via Gamedayr:

Nike and Rory McIlroy are quite the couple nowadays. He recently inked a new lucrative contract with Phil Knight’s company, teaming up with Tiger Woods as the two faces of the multi-billion dollar corporation’s golf efforts.

On Thursday, this trick shot video was released. It features McIlory, Kyle Stanley, Suzann Pettersen, Paul Casey, and Nick Watney.

The five juggle a red golf ball back and forth, set on a black and white backdrop.

  • YOUR REPORTING IS HORRIBLE AND FULL OF MISTAKES!!!! There are 16 medals for sale on eBay, and the one that you show in the article sold for $1,025.

I had journalism in 1966 and nothing went into the paper without 2 verified sources and then being double checked. We didn't just do school news. Mayor Daley gave tree of us press passes to attend all of the events when three astronauts were given a parade by the City. I spent the entire lunch with the Governor and everybody who was connected in Chicago taking pictures from the balcony, where everybody could see me. They did not have anybody assigned to security because it wasn't needed then. In fact, the staff led me up there so I could get good shots. The professionals never even though about it. Being there, I also new which door they were going to sneak out and they all passed within 3 feet of me. Try to do that today and you will spend a few years in jail.

Floyd Mayweather beats Marcos Maidana, remains undefeated

Floyd Mayweather did one of the things Saturday night that makes him the best in the world, which is to figure out what his opponent does well and neutralize it. It was enough to win by wider margins this time against his fiercest recent foe, Marcos Maidana, than last time. It was a far less interesting bout, of course, because Mayweather wins more easily when he avoids contact —...
