Tiger Woods missed his chance at winning the Masters, but he doesn’t have to worry about winning over his girlfriend’s parents — he already has.

Lindsey Vonn’s parents said Tiger Woods has their vote of confidence despite his record of serial cheating.

“We are excited about Lindsey and Tiger being together. We really like him,” Vonn’s mother Linda Krohn told the National Enquirer.

“I like Tiger Woods as a person, and I support Lindsey in whatever she does,” said Vonn’s father Alan Kildow.

Woods and Vonn went public with their relationship last month. Vonn was at the Augusta National Golf Club with Woods mother, Kultida.

So it looks like all is well with the parents — and that makes any relationship easier to manage.

That’s one less thing for Woods to worry about as he tries to maintain his No. 1 world ranking and win at least one of the three remaining major golf championships this year.

Right now, Woods is taking a short break from playing tournaments.

He’s skipping the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow next week. The last time he won there was in 2007.

  • I guess her parents haven't set their sites very high for their daughter if they approve of this scumbag
  • if hes a scumbag for you to comment on his life then what are you...
  • That makes aea903 less than a scumbag! If you can get that LOW!
aea903 should stop being such a jealous, bigoted hater. Tiger is better than aea903 will ever be.

Good luck Tiger; we love you.
  • yep! that's for sure. sometimes what somebody thinks of other people shows a lot about him(or her)self. no question about it, tiger made some mistakes. 'guess it makes him human. i hope he gets back to the level he was at before the "screw-up"! Good luck TIGER!
  • Its time Tiger moved on instead of dwelling on his X-wife who gave him reasons to seek out someone for companionship. This nice looking lady will keep Tiger at home at night.
  • Tiger is a reverse racist, hates the fact that he's Black. Your standard piece of do do for a better word.
  • Cheating is wrong an don't try to push it off as we're human us humans also have brains, that doesn't mean I am going to go out an act on my wants cause I'm horny. Not only did he break his vows to his wife but also let his kids down. I think anyone has a right to call him a scumbag at this point.
  • Love you Tiger so pleased you are happy it shows in your demeanor when you are playing, super to see your Mom in the pictures.

Eli on Geno Smith: If fans yell at you, you probably deserve it

Eli Manning is no stranger to the boo birds. The New York Giants quarterback has gone through his fair share of struggles while under center, and subsequently had a good number of unprintable insults hurled his way by the home fans. But despite all of the harassing and heckling Manning has endured, he’s never stooped to the fans’ level and responded, although he certainly empathizes...

49ers players come out in support of Jim Harbaugh

It’s probably not all too suprising that multiple San Francisco 49ers players have come out in support head coach Jim Harbaugh. It was reported by NFL Media’s Deion Sanders on Sunday night that some within the 49ers locker room want Harbaugh out. ESPN’s Trent Dilfer also called the environment under Harbaugh in San Francisco “toxic.” On Monday, veteran Alex Boone came out...

With the June Jones era now over at SMU, speculation has begun about who will replace him as the Mustangs new permanent coach. Belichick: Pats 'didn't play well enough at all' against Chiefs

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Bill Belichick didn’t give many direct answers about the New England Patriots’ embarrassing 41-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night, as we’ve come to expect. Perhaps Belichick’s clearest answer came when he had “no response” as the Chiefs’ public relations staff transcribed after the game. Belichick scoffed when asked if the quarterback...
