You never want to say a golfer is snake-bit, but the way things are going for Paul Casey, well, he may want to consider investing in some good luck charms in the near future. One of the most consistent players in golf over the last couple of seasons, the Englishman went through an incredibly rough stretch last season that saw him miss five cuts in a seven tournament span during the middle of the summer. Nobody knew it at the time, but Casey was fighting his way through a turf toe injury that caused his game to spiral out of control. Instead of taking time to rest, Casey fought through the pain, and by the end of 2011, it appeared he was in the clear after posting two top 5 finishes in his final three events. Unfortunately, all of Casey's positive vibes disappeared on the slopes before he even had a chance to tee it up, after he fell during a recent ski trip and dislocated his right shoulder.
