The European Tour always has fantastic commercials and this one with Rory McIlory doesn’t disappoint. McIlroy takes on a Robot in a trick shot challenge of sorts, trying to hit different washing machines in different spots with a golf ball. Not only are the shots impressive, the comments from the Robot are absolutely outstanding. My favorite one was when the Robot says, “Tiger Woods would be at home with his feet up by now” after a McIlroy miss. Well done, European Tour.

Rory McIlroy against a trash talking robot. This has gold written all over it. Mac has caught some slack lately, but it seems as though this may put him back in the good graces of his followers. No Tiger Woods. No Justin Rose. No Rory McIlroy. Heck, no Phil Mickelson. So why should you pay any attention to this week’s AT&T National? Because there are still quality players playing at a championship course, so it should be fun to watch.
