Grab an Arnold Palmer (with a little adult drink added), and download Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 14 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 if you are looking to step in the shoes of the big man (Arnie) himself while playing the 1961 Open Championship at Royal Birkdale. I had a few drinks last night and I swear playing with the Arnold authentic 1960′s clubs made me feel like I was at my home course when I was 14 and still using my grandpa’s MacGregor set of sticks. It is definitely a bit of a learning club from using Tiger, but it makes the game more interesting.
Another pretty cool feature the good folks at EA SPORTS tossed in there was allowing LPGA integration this year. If you are not familiar with Lexi Thompson, please allow me to introduce you. You can play Oak Hill Country Club in the demo using Lexi’s character. She is slightly better looking than myself.
I’m a fan of this game and demo (if you can’t tell).

Tiger Woods is always being compared -- unfavorably and probably unfairly -- to his younger self.
The Tiger of 2000 has long been the gold standard, and the conventional thinking is that he won't ever be that good again.
To be fair, no one may ever be that good again.
But the 2013 version has done something through two days here on Doral's Blue Monster that the young stud...
With so much talk about quitting in the middle of a round, Tiger Woods brings his own perspective.
If he had not walked off the course in the middle of the final round at Doral last year, he might not have gone on to win three times on the PGA Tour.
In one of the most surprising - certainly the quickest - turnarounds in his career, Woods hit his tee shot on the 12th hole last year...
Tiger Woods set a personal best with 17 birdies over two rounds on the Blue Monster. What mattered more to him was a two-shot lead going into the weekend at the Cadillac Championship.
On a leaderboard packed with golf's biggest names, Woods seized control with six birdies in an eight-hole stretch around the turn. That carried him to a 7-under 65, two shots clear of former US...
DORAL, Fla. (AP) -- Tiger Woods set a personal best with 17 birdies over two rounds on the Blue Monster. What mattered more to him was a two-shot lead going into the weekend at the Cadillac Championship.
On a leaderboard packed with golf's biggest names, Woods seized control with six birdies in an eight-hole stretch around the turn. That carried him to a 7-under 65, two shots...
Tiger Woods has gone 14 major championships without winning, dating to his playoff win in the 2008 U.S. Open at Torrey Pines.
Perhaps more surprising is how long he has gone without a World Golf Championship.
No one was more dominant than Woods in these world championships. He won 15 of the first 27 events that were played (he missed the Match Play in Australia, so his winning...
Low scores continued Friday at the WGC-Cadillac Championship, where some of the game's biggest names gravitated toward the top of the leaderboard. Tiger Woods will begin the weekend with a two-shot lead over Graeme McDowell.
Here are a few things you need to know from Friday's play at Trump Doral:
1. TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER: Woods insisted he "wasn't that far off...
DORAL, Fla. — Tiger Woods was on his game, and so were most of the world best golfers Thursday in the Cadillac Championship.
Except for the world’s No. 1 player.
Woods made nine birdies on the Blue Monster at Doral for a 6-under 66 that put him in a five-way share of the lead with Masters champion Bubba Watson, former U.S. Open champion Graeme McDowell, Sergio Garcia and Freddie...
Tiger Woods and most of the world's best golfers were on their games Thursday in the Cadillac Championship. Except for world's No. 1 player Rory McIlroy.
Steve Stricker is playing a part-time schedule this year. He might consider becoming a part-time putting coach for Tiger Woods.
Stricker is among the best putters in golf, and he has given advice to Woods when asked. So when Woods approached him on the putting green on the eve of the Cadillac Championship, they worked together for about 45 minutes.
And it seems to have worked....
(Eds: With AP Photos.) By DOUG FERGUSON AP Golf Writer The statement released by his handlers was almost as bad as the kid's decision to walk out on the tournament.
It was the first big mistake of his career, at a time when the golf world was enthralled by such a young talent. He was criticized by the press and by his peers for his selfish behavior, though there was hope that...
