Tiger Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren has demolished a multi-million dollar home in an exclusive Palm Beach County gated community to make way for a new mansion, The Palm Beach Post reported.
According to the newspaper, the $12.3 million home was bought a year ago, and the county issued the demolition permit on Dec. 16 for the 17,000 square foot two-story house, which featured eight bathrooms, a pool and an elevator. A photo on the newspaper's website showed the house has already been demolished. The permit was active until June 17.
The home is located on a lot in the Seminole Landing development.
John True, who owns Oceanfront Realty in Juno Beach, told the newspaper he was at the home for a charity event on Halloween, when work had already started. He said the oceanfront property was beautiful and had great landscaping.
