What's up yardbarkers, these are what use to be my lil pups. They're very friendly dogs n pretty much act like lil kids when they're around tha house. They always wanna keep tha toys away from one another n its always a trip.

About to crash but wanted to say what's up in the Yard Today was our first day of the offseason conditioning program. Got back to Cincy Sunday night and went to work this morning, I guess it would be yesterday morning now. I'm a SoCal guy and it was a little tough looking out the window o...

First things first, sorry for being out of the Yard for so long. I've been trying to spend as much time with my friends and family in my brief off season and I neglected to blog. I'm back now. I've been in Jacksonville for the last three weeks which means I am finally adjusted to the ...

Hey Yardbarkers, I recently hosted the first rookie dinner for linebackers in Jacksonville in five years. I found out the last time they did it was when Daryl Smith. Kinda funny how it all happened. For about three weeks I was hearing it from some of the veterans in the lunch room - "hey roo...

I didn't get a chance to see it last week in the Vikings locker room, but I could understand how it could happen. After games we usually get a few min grace time before the cameras start coming in. When they are in there its like everybody trying to get dress and they not stopping jus cuz tha...

Sunday's game was one of those that's hard to swallow. It's one of those games where everyone goes out there and put it all on the line and you come up short. You have to just try and put that loss behind you and just try to get ready for next. We have a very short week because we pla...

Hey Yardbarkers
Wanted to give an update - I get the wires off Tuesday so I'll be able to eat again. It's been too long. I've lost 20 pounds but I should be able to put that back on pretty easy. At least I hope so. I am anxious to find out what I can't eat. I know it will be so...

What's up Yardbarkers?
This may sound funny coming from a Trojan, but I want Oregon State to beat Oregon this weekend and get to the Rose Bowl. The Rose Bowl is a great, don't get me wrong, but if this senior class goes to the Rose Bowl again it will be the only bowl game they ever exp...

I had a cool experience today, a bunch of my teammates and I went to the Navy base in Jacksonville. We met some of the captains and guys working on the jets and helicopters. They brought us in and put us in the flight simulation and let us do takeoffs and landings. It was amazing, you could see b...

It was a great feeling going out to denver and getting a win. Being able to go into the backyard of our division rival and coming out on top like we did is a great confidence booster for us. It was a great feeling to finally be back in the endzone. It was jus a great feeling to know that we had e...

I'm a big sports fan, one of my favorite sports to watch is basketball. I played basketball during my high school days. I actually look forward to playing after football season because it was so fun to me. I was no NBA prospect but I could do a little bit on the court. I was always the guy wh...

It felt great to get back on tha field Sunday. It felt good to be out there running around. Going out there and moving around it felt like I was almost back to normal. I still have a little ways to go before I feel like the old me but I'll be out doing whatever I can do to help out tha team.

Standing on the sideline and watching my team play has been one of the hardest things for me to do. When you're jus standing there watching it jus eats you up inside. By us going thru hard times on the field right now it just eats you up that much more. Just standing on the sideline and watch...

I've been slowed down the last couple of weeks with turf toe but it's starting to get better. To me turf toe is the worst injury for anyone who plays sport because you can't do anything on your foot without it hurting. It's jus one of those injuries that you have to try and stay o...

I am excited to see Keith. We probably text every other day, but I haven't seen him since July. I don't know how well he can talk with his jaw wired, but it will be great to spend time with him. I will give my Road Dawg some love and hug him up. It sounds like he'd doing great under t...
