18-year-old basketball star Benjamin Brooks was back in court Tuesday-- charged with dealing cocaine.
The new charges come just six months after Brooks pled guilty to marijuana charges. In return the state gave him a break-- no jail and no criminal record if he stayed clean for nine months. That allowed him to stay in school and finish out the last year of his outstanding basketball career at Champlain Valley Union High School.
