Full-court buzzer-beater in Indiana h.s. game

There is an old saying where I live: In 49 states, it’s just basketball. But this is Indiana. During the high school boys basketball tournament, the term “Hoosier Hysteria” fully lives up to the hype of Indiana being the king of the hoops world. On Friday night, in the semi-final round of the Lafayette Jefferson sectional tournament in Class 4A (Indiana folks will understand that description well, others may find the classification a bit tricky), another miraculous basketball moment bounced its way into the rich history and tradition that is Indiana high school basketball. The game featured the McCutcheon Mavericks and the Logansport Berries (yes, that REALLY is their school’s nickname).
