Check out the video. Cody Welch, a freshman at Crossland Ninth Grade Center in Granbury, Texas, set a world record for 44 consecutive back handsprings. The record-setting flips happened at the Granbury-Trimble Tech football game on Oct. 26, but the video was only recently uploaded to YouTube. Welch broke a world record that was set just last month by a 16-year-old Dallas cheerleader, Miranda Ferguson. She completed 35 handsprings.
