Today it's the pitchers turn to shine. With the second half of the 2007 baseball season upon us, we take a look at those who performed exemptionally well in 2006. Some players are second half performers, and this list shows off thier talents.

That's a great breakdown for 2nd half pitchers, but most of the guys on that list aren't exactly in the free agent pool in many fantasy leagues. I guess I can look at some potential trade scenarios?

Yeah, that's a great buy low list. Watch out for Matt Cain. He's a slow starter, but will come on in the second half. He only has two wins right now, so he could be a nice player to target. His owners are probably frustrated with his lack of wins.
