The ball was clearly fouled off of Beltre’s foot. I don’t know how the umpire missed this call. And before you say he acted, there is no way he could’ve reacted that quickly unless the ball actually hit his foot.
Somewhere MLB Commissioner, Bud Selig, is reviewing MLB’s argument against instant replay.
