American League (38 wins) at National League (43 wins) Max Scherzer (13-1, 3.19) vs. Matt Harvey (7-2, 2.35) Time: 8:00, Citi Field Weather: Sunny, 91 TV: Fox Media: Twitter and Facebook Yoenis Cespedes put on a show during last night’s Home Run Derby, and now it’s time for the next event: the 2013 Major League Baseball All Star Game.  The best players will showcase their talent, and the superior team will be granted home field advantage for their league during the World Series. If you don’t know who the National League starter for tonight’s game is, that’s okay… neither do Mets fans.  But Phillies fans should be a little familiar with Matt Harvey, as he has dominated the Phillies (and pretty much everyone else) during his short career. Domonic Brown and Cliff Lee are not starting the All Star Game, but it is possible that we can see both of them make an appearance during tonight’s midsummer classic. The American League seems to be favored to win, but the National League has won the last three All Star games. NL LINEUP: Phillips 2B, Beltran RF, Votto 1B, Wright 3B, Gonzalez LF, Molina C, Tulowitzki SS, Cuddyer DH, Harper CF. AL LINEUP: Trout LF, Cano 2B, Cabrera 3B, Davis 1B, Bautista RF, Ortiz DH, Jones CF, Mauer C, Hardy SS. Your Gameday Beer: National Bohemian Beer Going with this brew because it’s a way to root for the “National” League, which you should be doing tonight. Natty Boh as it’s called was made in Baltimore, our neighbor to the south, but like anything else, was purchased by a larger corporation. I wouldn’t drink too many of these as you watch tonight’s game, as it isn’t the most quality brew. Hell, even the mascot “Mr. Boh” only has one eye. It might make you blind. - By Pat GO NL!
