The Detroit Tigers are 7-4 in their last 11 games and are tied for the A.L Central Division lead with the Cleveland Indians. They have been a better offensive team in that time and have played well enough to win the series against the Texas Rangers and division rival Chicago White Sox. I am sure you will read a lot of articles looking for reasons why this is but I am sure none of them will be looking for the truth. When you ask yourself  what has changed in this time you will be forced to notice who isn’t playing 3rd base for the Tigers since June 1st… that’s right, I said it, Tigers fans. It is none other than our overpaid, over the hill 3rd baseman, Brandon Inge. Now I know I am going to hear the same blabber from all the slappys on this one but before you respond without thinking again…I ask you all to at least look at the numbers this time. Rather than wasting my time explaining why the saying “think before you speak” is a good rule to live by...
