Marcus Giles has been signed by the Colorado Rockies and will compete for the starting second base job in 2008. Can he convert the highest batting average at Coors Field last year to long-term success?

  • MARK MY WORDS, he will start and have a BIG year for them!
  • i think he'll do pretty well there, but i was a bit disappointed, as there were a lot of rumors that prospect, ian stewart was going to be given a chance to play 2b this season. (went to instructional league during the playoffs to learn the position.)
  • I hope both of you are right and Giles can pull out many more good years with the Rockies. He definitely deserves it.
