How does this stuff happen?
Last month when the Red Sox were playing the Yankees in Yankee Stadium, Kevin Youkilis hit a ball to left that missed being a homerun by inches. How did it miss? It deflected off Johnny Damon's glove and sat on the top of the narrow outfield wall for a few seconds before rolling back down into the playing field. It was one of the oddest plays I've ever seen in my entire life.. until last night.
