Word just broke the Jays have signed Alex Rios to a one year deal to avoid arbitration. The deal is said to be worth $4.385 Million. Alex had his best year with the Jays this past season posting career highs in home runs with 24,  RBI’s with 85 and had a batting average of .297. [...]
