From a Phillies news release: Giants left-hander Jack Taschner was acquired by the Phillies for catcher Ronny Paulino. Taschner, 30, went 3-2 with a 4.88 ERA in 67 games for the Giants last season. Paulino, 27, was hitting .194 with one home run in 13 Grapefruit League games and reportedly lost his battle for the backup catcher spot with Chris Coste.
