It seems like last off season, things were moving along pretty quickly with regards to trades and free agent signings. However, after checking some of last years transactions, things are basically just about the same.
Last year we had those same anxieties, but nothing really started happening until after teams offered arbitration and the GM's met at the Winter Meetings. So hang...
