Can they? The heck if I know, but if you trust the people who make a living being right on these types of things the odds are a big whopping NO. I was browsing BetUS.com, since it's almost that time of year for me to rack in the cash, and apparently they are not very high on the Reds chances at the moment.
They have the Reds listed under the title of "Not Gonna' Happen". Can't say I blame them considering the Reds pretty much tanked it last year and all they have done is added the 32 year old Ramon Hernandez. Anyways, just for you guys (and girls) who like to add some extra meaning to the games here is the odds that are laid out.

Sometimes the truth hurts Reds fans. Maybe we will get lucky, but these guys live off being right so are you willing to take a chance? I might just have to do it, but I'm going to be pulling for the Padres. If I was you I'd check out the rest of their lines for baseball at http://www.betus.com/sports-betting/mlb-baseball/.

Can't say I disagree even though I hate the Cubs so much that I'd rather go watch Mamma Mia than see them win the World Series. Just kidding I love Mamma Mia.

The Orioles traded their catcher Ramon Hernandez to the Reds for Ryan Freel and two minor leaguers. The signing of a utility man is thrilling news that surely was enough to pull you out of your Redskins-induced depression. Or not.
But it is noteworthy for a couple reasons: 1) It frees up a spot for Matt [...]

Its official: Freel, Turner and Waring for Ramon Hernandez
We have other topics for the major league guys. Lets talk about the prospects:Justin Turner - I think this was a good guy to target for the Orioles. I think by 2010 Turner can play a good role on that team. His defense is good and his bat is solid across the board. Here is [...]

Ramon Hernandez Traded to the Reds

Orioles Target Barrett?
After trading Ramon Hernandez, the Orioles plan to meet with the representatives of free agent Michael Barrett, who is a career .264 hitter with 97 career homeruns. Baltimore in the wintry mix?
Reports out of baseball's winter meetings are that the Orioles are trying to trade catcher Ramon Hernandez. And, amazingly, someone might be interested in him.
Cincinnati, apparently in need of an overweight passed-ball machine, talked to the Orioles today about a deal involving Hernandez and Ryan Freel. A Hernandez-for-Freel trade would likely depend on the [...]
O’s sell Reds Hernandez, Chesapeake Bay Bridge
As expected, Baltimore sent loafing catcher Ramon Hernandez and $2 million to Cincinnati yesterday in exchange for fourth outfielder Ryan Freel and a couple decent-sounding minor league prospects.
Give MacPhail credit: the entire baseball universe knew that Orioles poobah Andy MacPhail vowed he wasn't leaving the winter meetings with Ramon Hernandez. And still MacPhail managed to [...]
Orioles Unload Hernandez, Set Sights on Izturis
The Baltimore Orioles front office showed signs of life yesterday, trading underachieving catcher Ramon Hernandez to the Cincinnati Reds for outfielder Ryan Freel and a couple of infield prospects. Freel doesn't exactly light anybody's fire, but he can play multiple positions pretty well and is a threat to steal bases.
With this addition and the proposed [...]

Ramon Gone From Baltimore...
Got this as a text on my Blackberry...It looks like the Ramon Hernandez era has ended in Baltimore, as he is going to Cincinnati in exchange for Ryan Freel. I'd expect more changes to possibly come, and perhaps a veteran catcher (Gregg Zaun, anyone?) to join the squad.Of course, the move also ...
