According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Cardinals GM John Mozeliak is pursuing left handed reliever Will Ohman. Ohman has shown flashes of greatness over the course of his career, posting a 2.91 ERA in 2005 in 69 games. In 2008, Ohman was 4-1 this year with a 3.68 ERA in 83 games, and was the subject of many trade discussions at the deadline. The Cardinals are intrigued by Ohman because of his dominance versus lefties, as well as his familiarity with the NL Central.A
Ohman is just 31, and will probably receive a two or three year deal worth 3-4 million dollars.A
