For Jimmy Rollins, it's his third- straight award at shortstop. Shane Victorino picks up his second in a row in the outfield. Former Phillie Michael Bourn was also honored for his work in center field with Houston. Beerleaguer: No argument here. As much as J-Roll struggled at the dish, it didn't affect his play in the field. I thought it was his best season yet.
