David Ortiz was thrown a gigantic lifeline yesterday by the MLB Players Association when they issued a statement prior to Big Papi's afternoon press conference in New York. The statement basically said that they can't confirm or deny anything and that the MLBPA could not reveal what each player tested positive for. That gave Ortiz a huge loophole to use.     MLB looked away when these players were all using anyway so I don't trust what they say. In my opinion him, Manny, and the Redsox are still cheats.

    I'll second that as well, although I was surprised to hear Big Papi's name in all this. But all we can do now is try to move forward from all this. It's evident he is not doing anything now, because the usual pop he has had in the past is gone.

    The recliner is ready, the widescreen and surround sound is all set and the drinks are chilled. It's a beautiful day in the southwest, (only 104 but it's a dry heat only 18 percent humidity), I can't wait. GO YANKEES is right melky!!
