Phillies Promote Drabek To Reading
The Phillies have promoted starting pitcher Kyle Drabek to AA Reading.
Drabek went 4-1 in 10 games (nine starts) with a 2.48 ERA with Clearwater. He also struck out 74 and walked 19.
Gustavo Chacin was promoted from Reading to Lehigh Valley. Drabek will make his first double-A start Thursday against Akron.
