Byung-Hyun Kim returns to his old stomping grounds
The D-Backs didn't make any moves at the trade deadline, but have been busy picking up guys who have cleared waivers, they have decided to bring back former D-Back Byung-Hyun Kim, remember he was the closer back in 2001 when they won the world series over the Yankees....
Man those memories have to haunt D-back fans, but at least they won the series; if not I am not...

We didn't shed a tear when Thom Brennaman left town for his dad and Cincinnati. As a matter of fact we were happy to see him go. His style of broadcasting and talking down to the viewer bothered us and apparently we aren't alone. According to AOL FanHouse there is at least one family that doesn't like Thom or his father Marty and that family happens to be Adam Dunn's:

It's not everyday you hear of a starter who has an ERA of 3.25 in his last 6 starts gets plucked off Waivers. But it has happened here in the valley, as the Diamondbacks snag Byung-Hyun Kim ok waivers. This will be BK's second tour in the valley and will be a welcomed addition as the teams 5th starter.
