So I received a call this afternoon from a number that I didn't recognize. To my surprise it was a representative from the Arizona Diamondbacks calling to inform me that I had won World Series tickets. I find it quite ironic that on the day the team is likely to be eliminated from the playoffs (I know I should have more faith but have you seen the Rockies play in the last month?...
Boy! Are the Rockies kickin' butt royally or what?
Its just amazing how well the Rockies are doing their last 21 games. Its just astounding and incredibly. I hope they continue their success for another 4 more games so that they can set a new record for most consecutive wins to start the playoffs and winning the World Series really would make their run of amazement worth alot. Besides, I think Todd Helton deserves at least one championship...
