PLAYERS: Nick Evans

There’s a feast of rugby this weekend as we see the next round of the Heineken Cup take center stage in Europe with the Quarter Finals. 91 000 tickets have been sold before the weekend started.

On Saturday Cardiff host last season’s finalists Toulouse at the Millennium Stadium, with 30 000 tickets already having been sold, smashing the Welsh record of 27, 114 for a home Heineken Cup match.

Leicester host Bath in an all English clash at the Walkers Stadium which could well be a classic, if recent meetings are anything to go by.

On Sunday champions Munster will welcome the Ospreys to Thomond Park, where a red army of 26 000 will be expecting nothing less than progression to the Semis.

Harlequins will look to their All Black import Nick Evans to produce more of the same magic that was seen a few months back when he sunk Stade Francais in the 82nd minute. Leinster, jam packed with talent and class, will be looking to convert on their promise by taking a victory from this first ever meeting of the two sides in the Heineken Cup.

It’s going to be a fantastic weekend of rugby. Enjoy.
