Indians looking for results from revamped Latin American staff: MLB Insider

TEAMS: Arizona Diamondbacks
PLAYERS: Ramon Pena

The Indians are restructuring their scouting procedures in Latin America. Their first step was hiring Ramon Pena and naming him Director of Latin American Operations. Scouting director John Mirabelli and Pena made the rounds last week in the Dominican Republic and Venezuela to tell staff members that changes are on the way.
