Like I said after Game 3, I'm in a slump, but I feel like I'm close to coming out of it. But it's their decision to make.       Apparently it has something to do with the umpire calling balls and strikes in Game 6 - he and Kazmir didn't see exactly eye-to-eye the last time they were paired up. So by pitching Kazmir in Game 5, the Rays save themselves that potential headache.
