  • Personally, even though it wasn't all that successful of a comeback, I'd like to see Bo Jackson somewhere on this list. Undergoes a very serious hip replacement surgury, and manages to still fight through the pain to play baseball. Still in my eyes, one of the best athletes of all-time.
