I bet Fogg and his agent wish they didn't decline the Rockies original offer of a one year, $5 million contract. Fogg had a semi-promising rookie season in 2002, posting 12 wins, a 4.35 ERA, 1.37 WHIP, and 113 K's in 194.3 IP. But after his rookie season, Fogg essentially became a borderline starting pitcher in the majors.
