Pirates first baseman Adam LaRoche is currently hitting .221 with six homers. On this date last year, he was hitting .211 with seven homers. What can you say about the Nationals that has not been said yet. They stink right now. They can't hit, there is no power, their pitching is suspect, their defense worse than that. The one I feel sorry for ? Christian Guzman. He is having an excellent season among a horrible team.
