For all intents and purposes, Billingsley was the Dodgers' staff ace about a month ago, but now i'm ready to make it official. No other Dodger starter really comes that close to the numbers he's put up this season, and that's regardless of how much "veteran presence" Derek Lowe and Brad Penny may have.
