According to Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal, the Orioles have signed Ty Wigginton to a two year contract. Wiggington will receive $6 million for the two years, the Baltimore Sun reports. Wigginton hit .285 with 23 home runs and 58 RBIs with the Astros last season. Wigginton likely will serve as a right-handed hitting first baseman and DH, replacing free agent Kevin Millar...

According to DRays Bay, the Rays are moving closer to signing Morgan Ensberg to a minor league deal. Ensberg's best year came in 2005 when he hit .283 with 36 HR in 150 games for the Astros. But since then, he has battled injuries as well as problems at the plate.
