The San Diego Padres and the New York Mets will both be gunning for a victory on Thursday when they meet at Citi Field. The Padres will trot ace Jake Peavy out to the mound in this one. Righthander Peavy has a 1-1 record and a 3.52 ERA this season. Meanwhile, it'll be John Maine who starts for the Mets. Righthander Maine is 0-0 with a 3.60 ERA so far this season. Oddsmakers currently have the Mets listed as 130-moneyline favorites versus the Padres, while the game's total has not yet ...
