Phillies Sign Cairo

TEAMS: Philadelphia Phillies, Seattle Mariners
PLAYERS: Miguel Cairo

The Phillies have signed Miguel Cairo to a minor league deal with an invitation to Spring Training. Cairo hit .249 last season with the Mariners, but can serve as a back up at nearly any position, having played all four infield positions left and right field last season.
