In front of the largest crowd at Citizens Bank Park history, the Phillies lined up against Brewers ace CC Sabathia, and patiently, then painfully, shot him down.

  • This was the Brewers' year if they were going to make it, what with CC going elsewhere after the season and Sheets being injury-prone.
This is the Phillies moment to shine. Potent offense. And the energy of the Phillie fans!

Shane Victorino made a statement that i had made earlier before the trade deadline which was Holliday who. Glad to see the Phils not trade away this guy he can do it all and has shown big improvement as his first full year as a starter. As for Sabathia he reminds me of Randy johnson in the fact tht once you rattle him with a couple hits or walks or whatever he gets mad and tends to overthrow and will make an occasional mistake which ends up the same place that one against Vic did. Phils in a sweep.
