The Milwaukee Brewers have called a press conference for 10 A.M. this morning local time to make "a major baseball announcement." It is expected that Ryan Braun will sign a seven-year contract extension although money has not been disclosed at this time.
Braun is the reigning NL Rookie of the Year and has continued to play well this season after moving to left field from third base.
