How come "players to be named later" are never great players? Always some minor league clownboot who will probably be busted down to Triple-A within weeks of the deal. Oh, how I wish the Rays would name Carl Crawford later. That would be something for the Orioles.

For the third time this year, Brandon Erbe pitched 6 or more innings of no-hit ball (twice 6 innings, and once 7). However, this was the first time the Keys bullpen could hold up their end of the bargain and finish the no-hitter. The combined no-no was against the Salem Avalanche and led the Keys to a 5-0 win.
First no-hitter in the Carolina league since April of 2006...when...
