According to DRays Bay, the Rays are moving closer to signing Morgan Ensberg to a minor league deal. Ensberg's best year came in 2005 when he hit .283 with 36 HR in 150 games for the Astros. But since then, he has battled injuries as well as problems at the plate. He has been in Triple-A already, but it is possible he could make the bench for the Rays.

The Orioles and Ty Wigginton have agreed to a two year deal worth six million dollars. It was surprising to see the Astros release Wigginton after he hit .285 with 23 HR with 58 RBI in 111 games for the Astros last season. Wigginton will play multiple positions for the Orioles, including 1B, 3B, DH, and outfield. He can even play second base if necessary.?This story was approved by MLB Rumors.
