Castignoli replies "Tell Hank [Sr. VP] he can come meet me if he wants to try - and tell him to bring [catcher Jorge] Posada, because he's the one Yankee I can't stand." Source: New York Post When asked how a man who grew up in the Bronx, Gino responded that he has been a Sox fan since 1975 and followed Jim Rice as a rookie and fell in love with him and the team.
