On WLW tonight Walt Jocketty might have shed a little insight about Adam Dunn's future with the Reds. Jocketty said the Junior trade gives the Reds "a 2 month window to see how he (Dunn) plays in a different environment." He also said "it gives us a chance to see what our outfield might look like next year."

one of the greatest lefties in the game is probably going to the white sox. Im not sure how he will help the team when hes hitting .245.. maybe some games at DH will benefit him, but im glad hes going back to a good team and will be in the playoffs and hopefully he will get his first ring. Jr deserves it

8:40am Rosenthal is reporting that the White Sox have traded for Griffey. Why? I have no idea. The only thing I can think they'd do is bench Konerko, move Thome to first, and have Quentin/Dye/Griffey rotate between LF/RF/DH.
