Last night Jose Reyes showed the world what he shows Mets fans on a daily basis, and what they can expect to see in All-Star games for years to come. Reyes put together an MVP-type performance, causing Tony La Russa to forget about his other shortstop, the Brewers J.J. Hardy, until the ninth inning.

    I was at the game, and it was my first time seeing him in person. He is so smooth in the infield, runs faster in person than on TV, and can swing it.
